Daisy Lariat

Pattern $ 10.00

This lariat is a re-creation of a vintage flapper necklace that I found in an antique shop in Florida. After I had one finished I discovered that the stitch pattern used was a Native American technique that was documented in Horace Goodhue's book, Indian Beadweaving Patterns. Not wanting to copy the design exactly, I added the vines between the flowers, made the daises on each end three dimensional and added leaves. I hope you enjoy the results
